PETROAN LEADERSHIP ENDS THE PETROLEUM CRISIS THAT HAS ROCKED THE SOUTH EAST FOR COUPLE OF WEEKS NOW.
The crisis that has lingered for couple of weeks between the PTD/NUPENG/PET. MARKETERS AND IMO STATE GOVERNMENT was yesterday laid to rest after the tireless, sagacious and indefatigable National president of PETROAN Dr,Sir. Billy Sotubo Gillis-Harry ficmi led a delegation of critical stakeholder to interface with the Governor of IMO STATE.
The outcome which ended up with the institution of a Conciliation committee had the strike suspended immediately.
In an interview with the National president of PETROAN he said that “Peace is priceless while terror is senseless” hence giving peace a chance to prevail will engender development and curb it’s multiplier effects on both unsuspecting citizenry and PETRAON members who earns their living by buying and selling.
He further reiterated that PETROAN members within the affected zones should revert to government price regime to avert clap down by DPR.
Societal conflict is indeed inevitable and sacrosant but it’s management is what announces a leader.
