The team observed that the locked down order of the state government is not being enforced in Aba as nearly all the markets visited were operating in full capacity. Okada riders and tricycle riders of a particular association appear not to be ready to obey the stay at home order. Movement of people across the boarders strive un abated as many people were arrest who entered Aba from Akwa Ibom, Port Harcourt and Cross River States but were released due to the absence of the mobile courts. The need to wear the face mask and maintain social distancing need to be more emphasised because many of Aba residents do not even listen to radio or television.
