ASEPA Aba zone has embarked on aggressive sensitization of the people of Aba on the basic preventive positive measures against the new deadly Corona virus known as CONVID’19.
Addressing the Educational department of the agency that is carrying out the sensitization exercise, the DGM Asepa Aba Chief Rowland Nwakanma urged them to go to markets, parks, school, churches and public places and educate the people on the need to take care of their personal hygiene and environmental hygiene.
Chief Nwakanma Rowland who equipped them with nose mask, sanitizer, aprons and fliers stressed the need for people to wash their hands frequently with running water and soap, maintain a distance with people coughing, sneezing and use tissue to cover their nose when sneezing.
According to the DGM Chief Rowland Nwakanma, they should cover their face with protective mask, avoid touching their face with hand and as well reduce hand shaking, while sanitizer should be kept in public places for people to sanitize their hands before and after business transactions.
He also hammered on the need to sweep ones environment, bag their wastes, wash hands after disposal of waste and avoid contact with rats to avoid laser fever
